Refund & Cancellation Policy

We accept the majority of foreign and Indian credit and debit cards and offer other options for payment as well.

We will refund you the purchase amount if your request has not been fulfilled within the delivery period * or has been declined by the celebrity. Refunds, in compliance with the same payment form used at the time of order, shall be initiated no later than 30 business days after receipt of the denial or expiry of the date of delivery, as the case may be. Where transactions have been made using international credit or debit cards or international payment options, the actual amount of payment or refund, where applicable, can vary depending on the policies of your card issuer or payment gateway, from the displayed price or refund amounts.

For more details, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank if the standard time-frame as described above has passed and you have not yet received the refund. The Credit Card Issuing Company levies a processing fee on any payment/refund issued in some situations where an international credit card has been used. The issuing bank sets the applicable fee.

In case the client requests for abusive content or uses foul language at the time of booking, the whole amount would be seized and be considered non-refundable.
